That is Tetsuya Nomura. Born October 8, 1970 is a Japanese video game director and character designer working for Square Enix (formerly Square), best known for his work on both the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts series.
i think that he is the one of the important people in square enix.. and because of him..all the final fantasy character are so WOW.. we can even see it from Final fantasy Dissidia..All the character are so perfect.. with so many design that suit with their own character
and also the final fantasy 7.. which i love the best.. and i can say that the complete one.. they make it more realistic like they face have some dirt and blood .. unlike before which their face is so perfect even when they are hurt... I will forever respect you Tetsuya Namura...and all your word
